- You will receive an email from eCards@heart.org with information and link to claim your card. (Please check your junk mail)
- Click on the link, make sure you confirm your name and email (check the spelling and contact us for corrections as necessary), set up a security question for future use and follow what AHA wants you to do.
- Claim your card.
- You will receive a second email acknowledging and thanking you for claiming your card. This email can be forwarded to anyone that requires a copy of your card.
- To access card at anytime, go to www.heart.org/mycards
